Amuse shells

The Amuse shells are derived from the 'Pétoncles noirs'. The pétoncle is a small version of the scallop Saint-Jacques. He lives mainly in France on the coast of Charente - Maritime and Brittany. The pétoncle noir has a black, burgundy-red color, has two curved flaps and at the hinge a cut-off earpiece.

The Amuse shells are packed per four pieces in a luxurious black box with certificate of authenticity. The shells are a pure pewter product and are traditionally molded at De Tinnen Roos.

Particularly suitable for fish snacks and other amuses.
